Good value... Hear Pines is more challenging, but couldn't get on. Buggy on back when weather is warm... winds keep the course fresh. Great views.

The Bay course at Seaview is one of the best courses in the area. It offers spectacular views while you play. Clubhouse is great. Very well worth playing.

Its a beautiful, links style course with water views on 80% of the holes. If the wind blows.....the course is 10x more difficult.
